Early Return & Debuts: After returning to cricket at 19, Dube debuted in T20 for Mumbai during the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy on 18 January 2016, followed by List A debut in February 2017 and first-class debut in December 2017.

Ranji Highlights: In December 2017, his maiden five-wicket haul signaled his bowling potential. November 2018 saw him smash a maiden century, then follow it up by taking 7/54 in the next match. Additionally, he famously hit five sixes in one over twice—once in Mumbai T20 League and then in Ranji Trophy. He finished the 2018 Ranji season as Mumbai’s leading wicket‑taker with 23 wickets in 8 matches .

Dube debuted in T20Is for India on 3 November 2019 against Bangladesh and took 3/30 in the series. His ODI debut came on 15 December 2019 against West Indies. Despite an expensive over (34 runs) in February 2020 against New Zealand, he bounced back .
