Harry Kane Sets Record as Fastest to 100 GoalsHarry Kane Sets Record as Fastest to 100 Goals

Harry Kane’s incredible scoring run hit a historic landmark as the England captain became the fastest player to score 100 goals for a single club in Europe’s top five leagues. The Bayern Munich striker reached the milestone in just 104 matches. He surpassed Cristiano Ronaldo and Erling Haaland, who each required 105 games to achieve it.

Kane’s century came during Bayern’s dominant 4-0 win over Werder Bremen, where he netted twice to reach the milestone. He won and converted a penalty on the stroke of half-time to open his account. Later, he struck again from close range in the 65th minute, showcasing his lethal finishing since joining Bayern Munich.

Kane Continues to Rewrite Record Books

Before this feat, Kane had already made history as the quickest Bayern player to record 100 goal contributions (goals + assists) in just 75 games. His latest achievement cements his reputation as one of Europe’s most consistent and lethal forwards.

Jonathan Tah opened the scoring from a set piece, while Konrad Laimer sealed the result with a late fourth, extending Bayern’s unbeaten run and strengthening their five-point lead at the top of the Bundesliga table. Kane’s prolific form has been pivotal to the club’s domestic dominance and European ambitions, adding to the 280 goals he registered in 435 matches for Tottenham.

Remarkably, Kane has now scored against every Bundesliga opponent he has faced. His recent records highlight his consistency — including a hat-trick last weekend against Hoffenheim that pushed him to 70 Bundesliga goals in just 67 appearances, the fastest any player has reached that tally. He also holds the record for most goals in 50 Bundesliga matches (55) and the fewest games required to hit 50 goals (43).

Penalty Perfection and European Brilliance

Kane has also made history from the penalty spot, becoming the first player in Bundesliga history to score from each of his first 18 penalties — a record unmatched by any previous player. In European competition, he remains the highest-scoring English player in Champions League history, with 42 goals from only 58 appearances.

With 100 goals now secured, Kane’s focus is firmly on helping Bayern win more silverware and chasing further records in the months ahead.

Kane Focused on Staying at Bayern

Speculation over a possible Premier League return has surfaced in recent weeks, but Kane was quick to shut it down. “No, not at the moment. I’m really happy here,” he said. “I’ve got two years left on my contract, and I’m enjoying every moment. It’s not something I’m thinking about. I’m happy with the team, with the coach, and hopefully we can keep being successful.”

Kane still has two years remaining on his four-year deal and remains central to Bayern’s pursuit of Bundesliga glory and Champions League success.
